END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

  • RYDORA – END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement", "EULA") is a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you"), and Trid Tech DOO and Rydora DOO, companies organized under the laws of Montenegro (collectively: "Rydora", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your use of the Rydora mobile application, desktop client, web application, marketplace and any associated software, documentation, or services (collectively, "Application").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use and uninstall the Application.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

1.1. Limited License

Rydora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the Application strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

1.2. Scope

The license is granted solely for:

  • personal, non-commercial use, unless expressly authorized in writing
  • lawful purposes

use consistent with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Marketplace Policy, Content Moderation Policy, and App Store requirements

1.3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Application
  • reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code
  • distribute, sublicense, lease, lend, sell, or commercialize the Application
  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
  • automate interactions (bots, scripts, scrapers)
  • modify, intercept, or tamper with Application data or APIs
  • upload or distribute malicious code, spyware, or exploitation tools

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1. To use certain Application features, you must create a Rydora account.

2.2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information during registration.

2.3. You are solely responsible for:

  • maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
  • all activities occurring under your account
  • notifying Rydora of unauthorized access
  • complying with all terms and laws

2.4. Rydora may:

  • suspend accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations
  • request identity verification
  • limit access to features for safety or compliance

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1. The Application—including software, UI, code, architecture, algorithms, databases, design, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets—is the exclusive property of Rydora.

3.2. You receive a license, not ownership.

3.3. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Rydora.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

4.1. You retain ownership of all lawful content you upload via the Application.

4.2. By submitting content, you grant Rydora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable license to:

  • store, process, transmit, host, display, distribute, modify, adapt, index, analyze, and create derivative works
  • use content for platform operation, improvement, safety, legal compliance, and promotional purposes

4.3. Rydora may remove or restrict content at its discretion.

4.4. Content involving minors or illegal acts will be removed and may be reported to authorities.

5. PROHIBITED USE AND ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

5.1. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT AND ABUSIVE USERS

Rydora maintains a strict zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. There is absolutely no tolerance for:

  • sexually explicit material, nudity, or adult content
  • violence, threats, harassment, or bullying
  • hate speech, discrimination, or extremist content
  • illegal activities or content promoting illegal acts
  • fraud, scams, impersonation, or deceptive practices
  • content involving minors in any inappropriate context
  • any content that violates applicable laws or community standards

5.2. You may not use the Application to:

  • upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or objectionable content
  • violate privacy or intellectual property rights
  • harass, defraud, impersonate, or harm others
  • participate in unauthorized advertising, spam, or scams
  • conduct scraping or data harvesting
  • conduct or promote unlawful activities
  • use the Application in ways that interfere with its proper operation

5.3. Violations of this policy will result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination. Rydora reserves the right to report violations to law enforcement authorities.

6. AUTOMATED MODERATION & DATA PROCESSING

6.1. The Application uses automated content analysis tools, including but not limited to:

Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch for automatic detection and blocking of inappropriate content

  • internal machine learning classifiers
  • behavioral analysis systems

6.2. These tools automatically scan and analyze all uploaded content in real-time to:

  • detect and prevent nudity, violence, graphic content, hate symbols, weapons, exploitation
  • automatically block inappropriate content before it is published
  • prevent fraud, spam, and account abuse
  • enforce Community Guidelines and legal obligations

6.3. By using the Application, you expressly consent to automated content scanning and moderation. Inappropriate content detected by Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch and other automated systems will be automatically rejected and will not be allowed on our servers.

6.4. CONTENT MODERATION RESPONSE TIME

Rydora commits to acting on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Upon receiving a report:

  • Rydora will review the reported content within 24 hours
  • If the content violates this Agreement or Community Guidelines, it will be immediately removed
  • The user who provided the offending content will be permanently ejected and banned from the Application
  • Rydora may report serious violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities

6.5. REPORTING MECHANISM

Users may report objectionable content or abusive users through:

  • in-app reporting tools

email to support@rydora.me All reports are taken seriously and will be reviewed promptly in accordance with our 24-hour response commitment.

7. MARKETPLACE USE

7.1. If you participate in the Rydora Marketplace, all buying and selling is governed by the Marketplace Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

7.2. You acknowledge that:

  • Rydora is not a seller
  • transactions occur directly between users
  • Rydora does not guarantee product quality, delivery, or buyer/seller behavior

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

8.1. The Application may integrate third-party services including:

  • cloud hosting

content scanning (e.g., Google Cloud Vision)

  • analytics
  • payment processors

8.2. Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

9.1. All personal data processed through the Application is governed by the Rydora Privacy Policy.

9.2. By using the Application, you consent to all data practices described therein.

10. TERM AND TERMINATION

10.1. This EULA is effective until terminated by you or by Rydora.

10.2. Rydora may terminate your license immediately if you:

  • violate this Agreement or any Rydora policy
  • misuse or abuse the Application
  • engage in unlawful activity
  • fail to comply with safety or compliance requirements

10.3. Upon termination, you must:

  • cease using the Application
  • uninstall it from all devices
  • acknowledge that some content may be retained for legal compliance

11. DISCLAIMERS

11.1. The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

11.2. Rydora makes no warranties regarding:

  • uninterrupted or error-free service
  • compatibility with devices
  • accuracy of user-generated content
  • absence of harmful software

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Rydora is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages
  • Rydora is not responsible for user behavior or third-party actions
  • any liability shall not exceed the amount permitted under Montenegrin law

13. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA is governed by the laws of Montenegro. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Montenegrin courts.

14. AMENDMENTS

Rydora may modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
